Part of this is due to Jacó’s proximity to San José, the other half is due to its stability in sexual tourism.

But a new book released Thursday by the Rahab Foundation, a Costa Rican organization dedicated to fighting human trafficking, hopes to shine light on the ordeal of victims of human trafficking in Costa Rica.
